We work hard to provide a great dental service to our patients and we hope you are always delighted with the care you receive from Highfield Dental & Facial Clinic in Southampton. We welcome constructive feedback, whether good or bad, and are always looking for ways to improve, so please let us know what you think of our service. You can do this by:

  • speaking directly to our practice manager
  • filling in a feedback form at reception
  • emailing us through our contact form
  • writing to Practice Manager, 22 University Road, Southampton, SO17 1TJ

We much prefer to discuss any complaints or comments you may have about our service, so that we can put things right immediately, but if this is not possible, it is our aim to respond to verbal complaints within 24 hours and written ones within 10 working days (we will acknowledge any complaints within 3). If you are still not happy and would like to take things further, please contact The Dental Complaints organisation.
