Highfield Dental & Facial Clinic Remains Open

Highfield Dental & Facial Clinic will still be open. There are no restrictions with regards to medical treatment and you are actively encouraged to keep your appointments.

Attending your appointment – Our priority is to continue to deliver high quality dentistry in a safe environment. To keep you safe your dentist will be wearing full Personal Protection Equipment, we have hand sanitising stations throughout the practice including the entrance and also introduced spaced appointments.

Please continue to attend your booked appointments.

If you are worried about your attendance, please contact us on 02380 557063 or email info@highfielddentalcare.co.uk to discuss your concerns and we can always postpone your treatment to a later date.

On the day of your appointment – We request that you wear face covering at all times while inside the dental practice and only remove your face covering at the request of the dental professional. We will continue to check your temperature and if this is above 37.8C, you will be advised to rebook your treatment and to follow government guidelines.

When it is time to come in for your appointment, we will give you instructions as to which surgery to go to. Please use our hand sanitising station at the door and proceed directly to the surgery

The treatment rooms will be prepared prior to your appointment with all surfaces disinfected after each patient. We have sourced PPE and unlike the start of the Pandemic (March 2020 in the UK), there is no shortage.

Please do not be concerned as we continue to maintain high standards of cross infection control.
